We welcome all our kitten owners to send in photos and or little stories about their Lovelynx Abyssinians, so we can see how they progress and what interesting things they like getting up to. Any Lovelynx bred kitten who does well at a show, will have a special area on the Famous Related Abyssinians page! So keep us up to date and we’ll do our best too as well... :)

A few photos taken by Dandy and Delta’s new owners during there visit with the kittens on Uncle Ramses 5th Birthday in early May.  All the cats had some of Ramses birthday chicken as a treat. The kittens just loved it, especially when hand fed by their new family! :)

An excerpt of an e-mailed letter from Delta and Dandy’s new family to us here at Lovelynx, reproduced here with their kind permission:

Thank you so much for choosing us to be Delta and Dandy’s new mummy and daddy it is an absolutely a privilege and I can’t wait to watch them grow up and love them for a long, long time. It has been lovely knowing everything about them from day one and a nice feeling to be part of such a big lovely family.

Just over a week has passed since Dandy and Delta moved into their forever home and boy have they grown! They are nicely settled in and have also been wowing their new vet with their great looks and good behaviour it seems...  They certainly look and sound exceptionally happy, as well as very relaxed - I mean just look at Dandy in the photos below they just says it all! ;)

A few weeks after Django moved into his own forever home with his lovely new Mum and we find he’s got a new name and is making the most of his Mum’s bed! ;)

Yet a few more weeks sees him taking over the leather chair as well as trying to get to the shops with his Mum by hiding in a carrier bag and looking cute when she found him... It seems to us that he’s made himself very much at home and we hear that he’d busy teaching him Mum to dispense treats when he makes her use the clicker after he’s done something, just like his Uncle Ramses has us trained! ;)

We’ve got a few new photos from Dandy and Delta’s new family and we also hear that they also have new names, are learning lots of new tricks like walking on their leads in the garden and are highly entertaining and loving companions! :)

Django’s Mum has just had Katzecure turn her garden into a secure area for him to play in and other than hiding from her once and causing a bit of a panic they are now both enjoying the added freedom this has brought them. Below are a few shots of Django making the most of it! :)

Other than recently having a lovely letter from Dizzy’s family to let us know that he’d been neutered and was doing very well within 1 hr of returning home from the vets, we have just had another update from Delta and Dandy’s family too including a few photos of them looking very grown up and mature.  It seems all the kittens are just as loving and affectionate as ever as well as having started to turn into gorgeous cats as they approach 7 months old.

Dandy (Anubis) and Delta (Anuket) at almost 7 months of age, looking very grown up, but still absolutely gorgeous - enjoying a cuddle as the weather starts to get cooler once more...

Above Right: Delta (Anuket) looking like a little clone of our girl Isis.  All the kittens are now over 7 months old and well on their way to gaining their more adult good looks, it’s nice to see them looking so fit, healthy and content too! :)

While we still get regular updates and photos from Dandy (Anubis) & Delta (Anuket)’s family as well as from Dizzy (Minnow)’s, it has been a real thrill for us to see our lovely lad Lovelynx El Zehuti (Elzar) looking great in photos from his family in Pisa, Italy, where he is a show and stud cat.  Best of all has been seeing his 4 gorgeous sons, from his chief companion and mate Olivia. :)
